Welcome to AIBOX (the "Platform" or the "Services"), owned and operated by Team Landi ("Team Landi," "we," "us," or "our"). AIBOX is an enterprise-grade, on-premises AI hardware-software solution designed to help organizations securely deploy AI capabilities on their own premises.
By accessing or using our Services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (the "Terms"). If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use the Services.
Separate Agreement
In addition to these Terms, you may have executed (or will execute) a separate written contract (e.g., Master Service Agreement, purchase order, or other agreement) with Team Landi. If any conflict arises between these Terms and your separate written agreement, the terms of that separate agreement shall prevail.
1. Acceptance and Eligibility
1.1 Business Use
These Services are intended strictly for business and organizational use (B2B). If you are agreeing to these Terms on behalf of a company or other legal entity ("Customer," "you," or "your"), you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity.
1.2 Global Operations
While Team Landi is headquartered in Bulgaria and operates under Bulgarian and European Union (EU) laws, we welcome business customers worldwide. If you choose to access or use the Services from outside the EU, you are responsible for compliance with any local laws that may apply.
2. Definitions
"AIBOX": Our integrated hardware-software AI platform.
"Services": The Platform and all related services, features, and content provided by Team Landi.
"Customer," "You," "Your": The business entity using the Services, including any of your authorized employees, contractors, or agents ("Authorized Users").
"Content": Any data, information, or materials processed through the Platform.
"Subscription": A paid plan allowing access to the Services under specific terms.
"Hardware": Physical AIBOX units provided as part of the Services.
"AI Output": Any results, content, or information generated by the Platform's AI capabilities.
3. Services Description
3.1 On-Premises AI
AIBOX provides on-premises AI capabilities, enabling organizations to process data entirely within their own infrastructure. Team Landi does not access or store any operational data you process on AIBOX unless you explicitly agree in writing (e.g., in a support or maintenance addendum).
3.2 Hardware-Software Bundle
The Services include physical hardware and associated software. You bear responsibility for the proper installation, maintenance, and operation of the hardware, adhering to our safety and environmental guidelines.
3.3 No-Code/Low-Code Platform
AIBOX is designed to be user-friendly for varying technical skill levels. However, no guarantee is made regarding specific outcomes or AI results. All AI Output is provided "as is", and any decisions or actions based on such output are at your own risk.
4. Subscription and Pricing
4.1 Product Editions
We offer various hardware configurations for different processing needs:
- Student Edition (€1,990 excluding VAT)
- PhD Edition (€3,490 excluding VAT)
- Professor Edition (Custom pricing)
- SaaS Edition (Custom pricing)
These edition names are for identification purposes only and do not limit any particular use case.
4.2 Subscription Plans
Monthly subscription (excluding VAT) for associated services or software updates:
- Standard Plan: €290/month (1-year) or €249/month (3-year)
- Enterprise Plan: €490/month (1-year) or €449/month (3-year)
4.3 Payment Terms
All fees are in Euros, excluding VAT and other applicable taxes or duties. Payment is required in advance (e.g., monthly, quarterly, or annually) as agreed in your separate contract or order form. Non-EU customers may incur additional charges (e.g., customs, local taxes). We may adjust pricing with 30 days' notice via email or public posting. No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods unless required by law or specified otherwise in your separate contract.
5. Account Management
5.1 Account Creation
You agree to:
- Provide accurate registration information.
- Keep your contact details current.
- Secure your account credentials (passwords, etc.).
- Promptly notify us of any unauthorized access or suspected breach.
- Manage Authorized Users and ensure they comply with these Terms.
5.2 Account Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts for:
- Violation of these Terms or the separate written agreement.
- Extended inactivity (e.g., no login or usage for a defined period).
- Non-payment of subscription fees.
- Security concerns or suspected unlawful activities.
6. Intellectual Property
6.1 Ownership
AIBOX™ is a trademark of Team Landi. Team Landi and/or its licensors retain all rights, title, and interest in and to the software, hardware design, and any associated intellectual property. You retain ownership of your data and content processed via AIBOX.
6.2 License Grant
Team Landi grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to:
- Use the Services for your internal business.
- Process your data within the Platform.
- Create and store AI Outputs.
- Permit your Authorized Users to access and utilize the Services.
6.3 Restrictions
You may not:
- Reverse engineer, disassemble, or decompile the Services.
- Remove or alter any proprietary notices.
- Sell, rent, lease, or sublicense the Services without written permission.
- Develop or create competitive products using the Services or proprietary information.
- Modify or create derivative works of the software or hardware.
- Attempt to bypass technical limitations or security measures.
7. Data and Privacy
7.1 Data Processing
All data processing remains on your premises, under your control. We do not access or store operational data unless explicitly authorized in writing (e.g., for support). You are solely responsible for data compliance, including obtaining any necessary consents and adhering to GDPR or other applicable privacy laws.
7.2 Privacy Practices
Our Privacy Policy describes how we handle:
- Website visitor data and analytics.
- Basic account and support information.
- Business contact details (for B2B communication).
- No access to your proprietary operational data on AIBOX unless otherwise agreed.
8. Customer Responsibilities
8.1 Acceptable Use
You agree to:
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
- Maintain appropriate data protection standards and security measures.
- Use the Services responsibly for legitimate business purposes.
8.2 Prohibited Activities
You must not use the Services for:
- Illegal activities or violating any third-party rights.
- Activities that harm or disrupt the Services.
- Unauthorized access or intrusion into others' systems.
- Transmitting harmful code (viruses, malware, etc.).
9. Warranties and Disclaimers
9.1 Limited Warranty
Team Landi warrants that the Hardware will be free from material defects and that the Software will perform substantially in accordance with described specifications. Services will be provided in a professional manner using reasonable care and skill.
9.2 Disclaimer
EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY PROVIDED HEREIN, THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TEAM LANDI DISCLAIMS ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
10. Limitation of Liability
10.1 Liability Cap
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Team Landi's total liability for any claim shall not exceed:
- Hardware issues: The cost of repair or replacement.
- Service issues: The total fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the incident.
- Other claims: €10,000 (ten thousand euros), whichever is less or as otherwise agreed in a separate written contract.
10.2 Exclusions
Team Landi is not liable for:
- Indirect or consequential damages (e.g., lost profits, lost data, business interruption).
- Third-party claims.
- Damages arising from your or your Authorized Users' misuse of the Services.
11. Term and Termination
11.1 Term
These Terms remain effective until terminated by either party or superseded by a separate written agreement.
11.2 Termination
Either party may terminate:
- For convenience with 30 days' notice.
- For cause with immediate effect if the other party materially breaches these Terms or any separate agreement.
- If a party becomes insolvent, enters bankruptcy, or undergoes liquidation.
11.3 Effect of Termination
Upon termination:
- Your right to access the Services ceases.
- All outstanding fees become due immediately.
- You must remove or destroy any proprietary software or documentation in your possession.
- No refunds apply for partial subscription periods.
- Confidentiality and other obligations in these Terms survive termination.
12. Force Majeure
Neither party is liable for failure or delay in performance caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to:
- Natural disasters
- War, military actions
- Government orders or restrictions
- Network or system failures
- Labor disputes
- Pandemics or epidemics
13. Third-Party Services and Content
13.1 Third-Party Services
The Platform may integrate with or allow access to third-party services or software (e.g., payment processors, HubSpot). Team Landi does not endorse or control third-party content and disclaims liability for any such services.
13.2 External APIs
If AIBOX connects to external APIs or cloud services, you are responsible for complying with those API terms. Team Landi is not liable for outages or disruptions caused by external APIs.
14. Governing Law
14.1 Choice of Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria and applicable EU regulations, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
14.2 Jurisdiction
Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms shall be resolved by the competent courts in Bulgaria, except where local mandatory laws of your jurisdiction require otherwise.
15. Changes to Terms
Team Landi may update these Terms by posting the revised version online. Material changes require 30 days' notice (e.g., via email or a public announcement). Your continued use of the Services after such notice indicates your acceptance of the revised Terms.

17. Language and Interpretation
These Terms are available in English and Bulgarian. In the event of any conflict or inconsistency, the English version shall prevail. Local translations may be provided for convenience only.
18. Entire Agreement
These Terms, along with any separate written agreements (e.g., Master Service Agreement, purchase orders), constitute the entire agreement between you and Team Landi regarding the Services and supersede all prior negotiations, representations, or understandings.
